I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my order of two tops placed on 11 May 2025 from D Couple Online Couture (@d_couple_online_couture). I made a payment of ₹1649 through Google Pay on the same date.
At the time of placing the order, I clearly informed her that I required the products for a function on 22 May 2025. However, I received only one top on 27 May 2025. When I contacted you regarding the missing item, you assured me that I would receive it by the first week of July.
Unfortunately, that did not happen. After multiple follow-ups, the lady replied on 15 July 2025 stating that the product would be delivered within 10 to 15 days. As of today, I have still not received the item. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact you via messages and calls, but there has been no response.
