I’m struggling to receive my iPad ordered from Flipkart, from the past 10 days i have called the customer care executive innumerable times, they are not ready to coperate in any way, not even ready to take my complaint ,my iPad is lieing down in Flipkart warehouse in Kansai section, Ambernath East, from past 3 days I’m visiting warehouse daily, the warehouse team is saying there is no Run Sheet for my iPad,due to which they can not handover my product to me,as it’s the only document through which they can deliver product, they said they have raised the ticket with Flipkart regarding the same as there are more than 100 parcel stuck like this, due to a Run Sheet missing, they have reported this to the Flipkart authorities by raising ticket, but Flipkart is not providing them and support in this, due to which all those product will be returned back to the seller ,my ipad is one of them. I saw my parcel and took pictures of it.
I have attached those pics for you reference, even after informing all this to the customer care executive, they are not ready to take my complaint saying concern department people will call you and ignoring to even note down the actual complaint, saying product will reach you by 18 then 20, then 23, then 25. Like this they are keeping on giving new date’s.
I want my ipad to be delivered,as i have already ordered tempered glass and cover for it and waiting for it since past 10 days.please help
