I ordered Rash free cream of Abdott Pharma on 15th March 2022 my order ID is EP2956926 from Dhani my product was out for delivery on 22nd March around 6:08 p:m in the evening and it was marked delivered around 6:58 pm in the evening on Dhani app . I haven’t received any product nor any delivery executive contacted me through call or sms i have been waiting for my product since then I have registered numerous complaint in Dhani portal through email ,call and social handle of Dhani through various platform but they r not ready to listen to me nor they have resolved my problem all they r doing is giving lame excuses that they will check and contact me soon but all my complaint are falling on deaf ear . This rash free cream is urgently required for the bed ridden patient. Please help me i will attach all the necessary documents . I have paid 138 rs online through Paytm whose details i will attach and remaining amount of Rs 14 was paid through cash back which i received through cash back from Dhani on previous pharmacy product purchase.
