I ordered products worth Rs. 745/- from “Arichart, powered by Shopify” (https://arichart.myshopify.com/) on 14th December, 2021 (Order #1315). Till date there is no intimation of the status or delivery of my order. Also NO reply from them to our mail. Moreover, site also seems unavailable now. It seems that Arichart has cheated me and committed fraud against me. Hence it should be held liable under the relevant provisions of IPC Code, IT Act and Consumer Protection Act
