I have ordered the Mobile (Samsung M15) from Amazon Website on 20th May 2023 and if suppose to deliver on 22nd May 2023 but today on 25th May 2023 also Product was not delivered on time and automatically request was canceled from Amazon side without any notification saying product is damaged. I tried to reach Amazon delivery agent 3 times but they have not picked up my call or tried to contact me for delivery. When I tried to reach Amazon customer support they are not co-operating or giving any helpful resolution, also not taking any action against the courier team. When I asked for refund as order was canceled from Amazon side they said once product reach to seller then you will get refund after 5 days. This was happened with me earlier also from Amazon. Amazon is using money for almost 15 days and then return back. playing with customers emotion and wasting my time. Please help me with this and take a proper action as this might be happening with many peoples.
