I have purchased Redmi Note 7 Pro” from flipkart on 1/10/2019. This product reaches the destination i.e Jamshedpur on 4/10/2019 & gone out for delivery on 6/10/2019. But still the shipment is undelivered.
I have contacted Flipkart customer care several times they have given several assurance related to delivery.
But all the assurance related to delivery failed. I am still waiting for a resolution but no one is helping me out.
whenever i use to call on flipkart helpline number the executive from customer care generally gives assurance related to delivery
It is almost 16 days the shipment is out for delivery but nothing happened. Pls help me
