Actually i ordered a Casio watch for my brother and when the delivery date came at that time i got the no. Of amazon agent with otp. After that i had call him several times but he refuses my call and finally i didn’t get my watch worth 2635 rupees. And when i spoke to amazon agents they are just saying we can’t help u that much because as per the amazon updates i received my watch but actually i didn’t and now i am not getting the refund of 2635 rupees. Please help me as i am a student and i know money is very important and hard to earn.
