Placed a order on October 7th since the delivery time showed as 3/4 weeks waited for a month and contacted them after trying for few days they responded telling it’s in process and even after a week they told the same thing…I was quite frustrated coz already there delivery timeline was over and requested them to cancel which they didn’t agree stating it’s made to order and according to there policy they can’t cancel…isn’t the policy states that delivery will be don’t in 3/4 weeks?? On November 24th I msged them last where they again told me the same story and I complaint to amazon about it since I paid via Amazon pay balance and amazon helped me to give chargeback and gave me 14days time and today being 14th day I asked amazon for update and they told the merchant (kavana ) as told there bank that they have already delivered the product and hence they have cancelled the chargeback… So they can’t do anything and now I filed a cyber crime complaint …I immediately msged to kavana asking why they lied that they already delivered and they are telling it will be delivered this week….oh my god isnt so cheap??? Just to cancel chargeback they have lied that they have delivered the order I told them I don’t want there product and I’ll return even if I get it and have filed cyber crime complaint will file a fir in police station tomorrow
I didn’t expect them to behave so low and lied that they delivered the product and cancelled the chargeback and the lady speaks as if it’s only them who is doing hardwork to design a saree…aren’t we hard working to earn money?? Cheapest
