I placed an order for Premium Cashew Nut (1 kg) from Nutflux.store and completed the payment through Google Pay. It has been over five days, but I have not received the product or any update regarding delivery.
I also tried to contact the seller via their provided email (support@nutflux.com
), but the message was undelivered, indicating that the contact information may be invalid. The website lacks proper customer support, and there has been no response or tracking information shared.
Considering the lack of communication and product delivery, I suspect this may be a fraudulent website. I request the concerned authority to investigate the matter, take necessary action against the seller, and help me get a refund for the undelivered order.
