Text of Complaint by Sangeetha Karthikeyan:

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order with your company, placed on 26/02/2024. Despite your stated delivery policy of 14 days, it has now been 23 days since the order was placed, and I have yet to receive the product.

I have reached out to your company multiple times via Instagram and WhatsApp, expressing my concerns and seeking an update on the status of my order. Unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this matter.

As a consumer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and failure to fulfill your promised delivery timeline. It’s giving me mental torture everyday and I ended up with multiple issue within my Family too.

I hereby request immediate action to provide a full refund along with the compensation for not delivering the product on time.
