Text of Complaint by Navneet sumit:

I have ordered a phone work 35k from Amazon with replacement of my old phone. The delivery agent came on 13th june 9:47 AM.He asked for my old phone which I have provided. Have deleted all personal detail and Apps. During delivery He asked for OTP which I provided. Later he said he is facing technical issue and tried calling customer care in front of me. He was talking in local language which I did not understood completely. Later he said he will come back in 1 hour to redeliver my packet. He came back again at 1: 45 PM and again said he is still facing technical issue. Since than no delivery attempt happened and my package showing delivered in amazon app. Raised various compainl to customer support with no resolution after 4 days. I am still waiting for my product or refund.
