Text of Complaint by Arpita Dey:

I have ordered my product in Amazon containing wheezal hair oil and hair shampoo on 8th of April which was to be delivered on 16 th of april. Instead in the app while tracking the order I found that it got delivered on 14 th of April. But neither received the product nor any call from the delivery agent. I called upon on the toll free no. provided for complaint but in return till yet I found not any message or call regarding solution towards this issue
