I have purchased washing machine on 18-Mar-2023 expected date of delivery this product is on 24-Mar-2023 this is not yet delivered with all followups
On 25-Mar-2023 logged a compliant to delivery the item, service agent promised that it will get delivered in 48hrs.
After 48hrs(27th Mar) again contacted the agent this time connected to senior person in the team she told me that the issue got escalated to level 2 and service will be delivered in 48hrs
Even after 48hrs(29th Mar) I connected to agent ok assured me that product will be delivered soo and he told matter escalated to seniors
“Even after so many escalation my product is not delivered
Wonder is every one told me they only will cll me give updates regarding the status as on time no one is called me”
“In all scenarios I have received apology letter in mentioning dead line, still they breached all fault commitments and premises”
