Text of Complaint by Suman Saurabh:

I have ordered the product on 6th august and the delivery date was 9th august but they failed to deliver on that day, then told to wait for 24 hrs, then the next day on 10th august the product was marked delivered but i did not received the product. then i logged a complaint in which they told to wait for first 3 days, then 5 days, then nothing happened and they failed to resolve the issue, then i complained to social media team where they told to wait for 3 days and now its the 9th day and they are not replying.
