I had ordered one gift for one of my friend through prime, the delivery time was a day after the order day. on the day of delivery the delivery person reached at the location but my friend was not there so she requested him to come next day but soon she received a message that the order has been delivered but she didn’t get anything, even i also checked at amazon website where it is showing delivered.
I complain the same on amazon customer service team but and they told me to give one day time to resolve the issue but it has been four days but there is no update on the same.
