Dear Sir, Myself Saurabh Ravindra Yatam, I have a pet dog for which i have ordered food (Farmina Vet Life Obesity Canine Formula Dog Food 12 kg) from www.thepetcare.in website for Rs. 7,554.12/- i have made the payment (Receipt is attached herewith) online through ICICI bank Pay later facility and total amount was get deducted from my account. I have done this payment to Petzoo tech Pvt. Ltd. (Screenshot is attached) on 3rd July 2022 but order is not delivered yet and i was continuously asking company’s representative to share the order tracking ID so that i will track the shipment on my own and check the status of order but since Monday ie. 4th July 2022 no order tracking ID is shared with me and also their representative has blocked my number and threaten me file a FIR against me then i checked the other social media platforms and many users have posted their reviews and comments like this is the fraud website they take your money & don’t deliver product and this is scam as per users.
