I did not receive the product. I did not receive a single call before the delivery. On 10th June 11:36 pm, I received a message from E-Kart saying that my item has been delivered by Vishal Kumar. I requested for a return of the product in order to talk to Flipkart customer care as I could not reach them. I asked for the contact of Vishal Kumar from a delivery person and talked to him. He refused to take ay responsibility without calling me and saying that its been delivered. He challenged that I can go and complain whoever I want, he does not care.
I need a refund from Flipkart. They should have stricter policies for deliveries and generate PINs to verify the delivery.
