I have ordered gun toys for my son in Amazon. It suppose to deliver on 27.10.2021. Interestingly status shows delivered, but item not yet delivered.
I am deeply saddened by this as my son he is 6 years old was keep on waiting the delivery almost entire day. He even did not go to sleep, keep on waiting at the door by looking for his product purchased.
I feel sorry myself that I couldn’t keep my promise. What make me disappointed is that the response I received.
I have contacted to the phone number was visible yesterday much earlier itself, they checked my order and got assurance that it will be delivered ontime and took my phone number so that they can reach out me.
Based on their confirmation, I assured my son too that product will be delivered.
