Hello,
This is in regards to one of my order from Amazon which I placed from my brother’s account.
It was suppose to be delivered on Saturday but the delivery guy from Ecom Express said its too late and will deliver the next day.
The next day around 7 in the evening, he rung once and disconnected the call before I could receive it.
Today he called and said they cannot deliver it because its too far and the product is quite big in size.
I called Amazon customer service and they neglected my issue and didn’t help me to get the product which I ordered for my Mom.
Request you to please help me in getting this resolved as it is getting back and forth for me without any resolution.
