- Actually I placed an Apple I phone 11 order with an exchange but unfortunately my phone which I has given for exchange got damaged and so once the delivery agent reached me,I requested him to deliver my order and cancel my exchange and I will give the amount for that at once itself,but the delivery agent replied me that he cant do that and assured me to deliver in the second slot i.e by 2O clock but he didnt deliver …. he changed the order status as delivered……This us really not satisfied….I am very much depressed for that issue..
