Text of Complaint by Smitha Tom:

I have ordered a kurti with dupatta from the Instagram store ‘Zuhriyaa by Amjo Jose’ and paid an amount of ₹4200. After 45 days also no delivery of the product, no response to my calls or instagram messages. Still she is updating new products in her Instagram pages with many discounts and offers. It’s a fraud page. After checking in the Internet I have seen so many complaints about her. I want my money back. Please help me to get the refund.
