Text of Complaint by Manbir Singh Gujral:

i have ordered a LED TV at amazon.in model no: Sanyo 123.2 cm (49 inches) NXT Full HD IPS LED TV XT-49S7200F (Metallic),ORDER # 171-4817992-0003533 on 27.10.2018 by paying through visa debit card ( its a prepaid order).the said product was to be delivered to me on 30.102018 but it has not been delivered to me yet against schedule delivery date of 30.10.2018.9.For the past two weeks  i”ve been  contacting their customer care department  regularly and every time their  customer care department persons fools me by giving false assurances and fake commitments.i even mailed  to their ceo and country head, vice president Amazon india but of no use.it just fell on their deff ears.
