Text of Complaint by Nupura Potdar:

I had placed an order for a product on 19th of march on amazon app, which was aleeady paid for. The product was not delivered in the estimated time and I raised complaints on amazon customer care twice wishing to cancel the product and get a refund. Till date i have not received the refund nor the product and I’m unable to cancel the product as well.
