I ordered a laptop on 15th aug 21 and paid the whole amount as asked by amazon. It was expected to be delivered on 17th aug, but its 9 PM of 18th aug 21, I did not even receive a call regarding delivery of my Laptop.
today (18th Aug 21) from morning I tried to contact with customer care of amazon 5 to 6 times but still i did not get any solution. My daughter could not attempt to her online classes as we are waiting for the Laptop from amazon.
Today in the morning i received a message that this pin (1149) will deliver your laptop, then i tried to contact at this pin about 100 times but my call always rejected. when i complaint about the same to customer care they also replied that yes sir this courier agent is not accepting our call as well.
SO now I am totally doubtful that, tomorrow, I might received a refurbished or renewed or without genuine part’s laptop.
I am highly frustrated and harassed by the service offered by amazon. you are kindly requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
