I have placed an order on mobylstore.com on 16 May 2020 for a Portable Wireless bluetooth speaker with Airpods Pro combo vide Order No MS3452 costing Rs 999 and paid by my SBI creedit card. The website has shown the delivery period as 5 to 7 working days which has already passed. The website does not gives an option of tracking the item nor any customer care number is avaible. However there is a email ID help@theoutfitshop.co.in which was contacted several times but the message was not delivered which means that the email ID is also fake. It is requested that the same may be resolved.
