Yesterday I had filed a complain against an Order that was sent by my friend from Coimbatore through Ekart with Tracking No SRTO0645448712 which was shown as static with no movement in the tracking websites not just of Ekart Logistics but all Online tracking sites since 4:28PM of 12th May,2023. Suddenly yesterday evening, the tracking sites showed movement of the packet or Order but it was marked as probably returning to sender from Guwahati as it was rejected or something similar. As per listings in te tracking sites there was no change from 4:28PM of 12th may to the one listed yesterday as being returned. Shillong is 108 Kms from Guwahati and the packet was never sent to Shillong and is now being returned as “Rejected”. If the packet was never marked/listed or sent to Shillong, how can it be marked as Rejected and that too after it has been delayed by a week from the sceduled date of delivery? I had paid a very big amount for the Order (Shuttle cocks) as this is a Pre-Paid Order. Why is Ekart so irresponsible and shoddy/pathetic in their attitiude? Kindly track the Order No yourself and you will see that No effort was made to send the Packet to Shillong and God knows where it was lying for nearly 10 days w.e.f. 12th May,2023 till yesterday? This is not how Paid Orders or even COD Orders should be dealt with- afterall Courier Cos gets paid to deliver and do not do so voluntarily.
