I had ordered a HP laptop on Flipkart Order ID – OD428808939025175100
HP Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5500U – (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 15s- eq2223AU Thin and Light Laptop
Natural Silver on 5 Aug 23 and made the full payments through creditcard. Promised Delivery date was 8Aug 23.
On 8th Aug at 6 30 pm the delivery date was changed to 15Aug .
The product has not been delivered till date despite the product reaching flipkart hub in Jodhpur on 8Aug morning 9am . We r feeling cheated and harrassed with an aim to get the order canceled from our end. Customer care and escalation desk have been contacted 15times but they are unable to get the product delivered .
