Text of Complaint by RICARDO DSOUZA:

I had paid for an oculus quest 2 product on Amazon Oculus Quest 2 €” Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset (64GB)
This product was never delivered, yet Amazon claimed it was delivered. I then asked for the delivery agents number and Amazons rep told me it is company policy not to give his number. They claimed the OTP code was entered by the delivery agent and yet no one had called my phone numbers. Also, my friends have noticed that mostly this OTP is not even asked for by the delivery agents and neither was I asked for an OTP on most occasions. To cut a long story short i don’t have the product and wish to file a case in the consumer court. Later, I will also make this public so no other person falls prey to bad management of Amazon
