This is to inform you that i had booked a ladder on 22-09-2020 with said Order no and was supposed to get delivered in a week but the delivery guy calls up on Sunday eve 9pm Reg the address when it was clearly mentioned that its a office premise and should be delivered between 10AM to 6PM and then all of sudden he re schedules the delivery the next day without my consent and gives the reason as customer request (Delhivery Courier Services), and again the next day the same thing happens and when i made a verbal complaint the Amazon Exe said that we shall arrange the delivery on next morning by 11.AM but again that doesn’t happen and the courier guy again reschedules the delivery in evening 6pm when the office gets closed.. after a hour long repeated calls the so called courier manager gets connected and gives the excuse as we cannot deliver a single parcel which costs us extra you will have to wait till other packages gets collected and then will try and deliver in a day or 2, now tell me how many days should i wait to get my parcel delivered which is most urgent… This is very disappointing that a company like Amazon hires such hopeless and Arrogant Couriers who work on their own terms…. i want my package to be delivered today at any cost or max tomo 29.09.2020 or this will get to the higher level and negative impact on other customers
