Sir,I ordered 6 glass jars through flipkart on 25 Nov. which was scheduled to be delivered by Dec 5th.Order delivery was also got confirmed by me on Dec.3 through mechanized telephone system.Today on Dec.4 in the morning I was informed that my order has been cancelled because of failed delivery attempts.I would like to clear here that nobody contacted my at my delivery address in person or through telephone.During my discussion with the customer care executive I was told that nothing can be done in this regard & I may place a fresh order.I can’t understand how an order can be cancelled on flimsy grounds like this.Kindly take necessary steps to get my order delivered.
