It’s been over a month now since I have purchased for a phone through the purchase link and ad on Facebook where I paid Rs.3999 .I have tried to reach for support and has been complaining asking for my product tracking ID to no avail . Through the e mail link provided I have put efforts and lots of request to assist or adress regarding my order .I need either the product I ordered to be delivered or to refund the said amount that I have paid.I need a necessary action please.
