I had placed an order 402-7448542-2491528 for a Pressure cooker on 30th May. It was informed that the delivery will be done on 8th June.
On 8th June, i received a message that delivery attempt was made. But no attempt was made and nobody contacted me either. I got a message that a reattempt will be made on the next day. But no such attempt was made on next day too.
I raised a complaint with Amazon on 11th June regarding this and i was informed that details will be provided to me by 24 hours.
But nobody bothered to contact or convey details of this order.
Even today when i contacted customer care, the person responded that Amazon cannot track orders delivered through 3rd party agents. I was surprised by this answer and did not expect a company like Amazon to provide such an answer.
