I ordered a mobile phone on 12th November with old mobile phone exchange using express delivery. For express 1 day delivery Amazon charged me Rs. 100. Package dispatched on the same day. On next I got message package out for delivery. I gave a call to delivery person and he told me that package will be delivered around 5 o’clock in the evening. When I haven’t received the package till 5:30 I again gave a call to the same person. He replied me that package will be delivered tomorrow. When I check the order it was showing delivery attempted.
Now it is 15h and I package still not delivered. It is showing arriving on 14th November. When I contacted the customer care service, customer person checked all the details and saying that will try to deliver it soon. I requested him record a issue and give me issue (ticket id). For that he is saying he don’t have rights to add a issue. Even talking for 30 mins he is unable to give me satisfactory answer when it will deliver or file a complain for the same.
Is this is same Amazon which is caring for customer. Doing false update, fail to deliver even taking extra charge. In-efficient customer care service.
