Hi Team,
I have recently ordered a product from Amazon in Big Billion sales on 22nd September and it should be delivered on 26th September since it was the shipment date provided by amazon.
Item was dispatched and delivered to Hyd amazon delivery center .It was out of delivery on 27th(1day late) and i was waiting for the product since the status was out of delivery (shipment will be delivered today by 9PM) but i didn’t receive the product and when i checked the status after 9PM ,status was item running late .I called Amazon support team on 28th,29th,30th and their response was it got delayed due to external factors will be delivered today eod(same response on all 3 days) and finally on oct1st the status: Returning to seller and your amount will refunded.(since its POD i don’t have issue). Again i order same product on Oct2nd the shipment date Oct 5th . Again this item product dispatched and reached to amazon hyd center and out of delivery on Oct8th . This time i directly called delivery person (i got the contact details from amazon order tracking details) and he agreed he will come by 3PM but he didn’t deliver it. At 4:30 PM i called him again and after telling my name he got to know the order for which i called and call was disconnected after that i called him 8-10 times but he never picked it . Around 6PM the status was changed to item running later will be delivered soon. Immediately i called customer care and they told their standard dialogue we will be escalating from our side but its no use. Today the status was Item will be delivered by Oct 12 if not amount will be refunded. The same issue happened with 2 more products which ordered after sep 25th. Product dispatched and out of delivery ,not delivered due to external factors and returned to seller. It happened for 4 products .I am not sure why amazon will give offers on if they can’t deliver item. Its waste of time to us and frustration .
