1. Reference is made to subject matter.
2. The subject order was placed and confirmatory message received on my registered mobile number on 09 Oct 22 from so calledd swanky store. After that, neither any further communication in subject made, nor the item is delivered till date.
3. A complaint was also logged via only available means i.e e-mail to the subject ID on 20 Oct 22. But again, neither any response received, nor the ordered item was received.
