On 17/8/2021 i had ordered 8 bed sheets and 16 pillow cases from EZ Mall and received the order confirmation on my mobile. Till date (17/9/2021) the same has not been delivered. On 27/8/2021 I had complained to them regarding the same wherein they had sent a message on my mobile saying that my complaint has been registered vide case no C-3152960 and that they are working to get it delivered. Today (17/9/2021) on enquiring regarding the status of my order, they say that the order was cancelled on 18/802021 as their delivery partner was unable to deliver the same. I cannot understand how it is possible for them to deliver the item ordered on 17/8/2021 from Delhi was unable to be delivered by their delivery partner in Kerala in less than 24 hrs. It also needs to be noted that on 27/8/2021 at the time of registering a complaint with them they have said that the same will be delivered shortly. These E com companies need to be taken to task otherwise the common man will always be at the receiving end of such fraud in these pandemic times.
