Hi, I had ordered Sony headphones on 17 July 2022 order Id 407-0052245-7793975. But i did not received the item It was the otp based order. I had not meet any delivery agent. I did not given otp to anyone. Some thing is wrong in this case.

I had ordered the item on 17-07-2022
Item was delivered on 27-07-2022 at morning around 6 am. But i had given office address. Which means order timing should be 10 am to 6 pm.
Due to some misunderstanding with your Amazon chat agent he has raised replacement order of the same product on 26-07-2022. If replacement order was ordered on 26 July how it is possible that item showing delivered on 27 july.
Some thing is happening wrong in this case.
I had ordered many items on Amazon but i didn’t faced any issue.
