My Compliant is about the non delivery of One plus 8T Order by amazon.

Order no: 408-2968758-1876317
Order Date : 17th Oct 2020
Above mentioned product has been ordered and with options of exchange offer.Same has been placed and delivery has arrived to my address.
Since delivery agent found that old mobile is not intact, he has informed me about the change of delivery from exchange order to regular order by paying exchange offer discount of old mobile. I have agreed for the same and delivery agent could not able to convert the same into regular order because of delivery agent app issue.
I have requested him to contact his supervisor and the same has not been resolved from his end.After that delivery agent informed me about rescheduling delivery for next day but instead the same has been selected for cancellation by delivery agent without informing me.
When I realized this has happened, I have reached out amazon’s customer care for resolving this issue and amazon executive has asked me to request for cancelling refund order in app by confirming that order will be scheduled for next day delivery. After following the executive suggestion, I have received cancellation message from amazon for my order.
