Dear Concern
I had purchased an item ( Amazon fire tv stick) from my amazon prime account Order id 40351663640760330, on 6th August of Rs.2399/- with prime day offer, My delivery scheduled on 7th of August 9:00 Pm.
On 7th August in the evening, my order shows canceled or refused in my amazon app, Then I called to the customer care team and the customer care representative said me that the order will be delivered on the next day 100% that is 8th August. But my order still shows returned to the seller. why I am bearing this delay and after prime day sale now it shows increased amount to purchase if I wish to order it again. So why Amazon is making fool of customers when they are not capable to deliver the order on discount and why they are offering discounts?
I am a prime member of Amazon and would not suggest it, anyone.
Amazon is only doing Fraud with customer , so request you to please take necessary action them.
