My 14-year-old son, Mudit Sharma, placed an online order (Order #69) on 4th March 2026 at 4:30 PM. The full payment for the order was made in advance. However, the order has neither been delivered nor has any refund been initiated to date. The order status on the application continues to show “Order Status Awaited.”
Furthermore, I registered an online complaint on 3rd April 2026 (Ticket Number: 5459105). I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours, but no action has been taken so far.
I have also attempted to contact your toll-free helpline (18002081234), but my concerns have not been addressed properly, and the calls have been disconnected without resolution.
This lack of response and delay is highly disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and take the necessary action against Dominos
