I have ordered a one plus 9 5g phone 10 days back on a republic day sale. I have faced a issued Amazon delivery agent who came did not delivered the product even there was no issue in the exchanged product then I talked to Urmi and Anand who was a very nice person they arrange the delivery attempt again but no one came in the evening and again I got the message that delivery failed and will reattempt tomorrow then today at 5 am I got message that order is cancelled and refund intimated. This is totally unacceptable I ordered that one in republic day sale I can even not order it again on same price I need my phone at same price help me my contact no 9779627739
