I ordered 2 items from amazon from the same seller. After I received the order and paid for it, I opened the box and realized it has only one item in it. I contacted Amazon about it and they opened an investigation. When I contacted them after 2 days, they said we cant issue any refund as the item has been delivered. But I didn’t receive the item.
