The above order was out for delivery since today morning , it was supposed to be delivered before 9pm. I waited till 9pm and later called the delivery executive, he mentioned that he is coming as he is in my area only.
I clearly told him it’s important to be delivered today as it’s ordered for a gift purpose.
I waited for more than an hour when I tried reaching him, all my calls are unanswered.
I am seriously irritated with the kind of unprofessional behavior by your delivery person. When told about the need to receive the order, it must be respected despite that fellow has told that he is coming.
He is such a liar, I never expected such cheap behavior from a giant company like amazon.
When you can’t live upon your promise, please stop doing it
