I ordered 2 kellogs muesli from Amazon on 2nd of october, 2021 and the last date for delivery was 6th october. I called the delivery agent on 6th oct and asked him how much time will he take to deliver, so he said ‘i have about 80 parcels to deliver so i’ll deliver it on 7th. On 7th oct he called me and asked me to come at a place (which was around 1 km away from the given address) to take my order else he can’t deliver and then he cut the call. Later i called him back and asked where he is right now and when is he going to deliver my order, so he asked my name and said i have no orders for this name and address and then abused me once and cut the call. After that he misinformed his higher authorities that there was a payment issue due to which he did not deliver the order.
