I am umakanth, i ordered NCRTE BOOKS in amazon on 19-3-2022 and order number is 408-7664936-6246713.
Amazon promised the delivery date 28-3-2022, till now i didn’t get my delivery.
Again and again they ask me to wait and extend the delivery date. I contact customer care and ask to cancel my delivery, but the customer care executive refuse to cancel my order and ask me to wait for more 5 days.
I paid for my order but Amazon not delivery my product and demand the customer as their wish and their customer care executive also not give proper response for my money.
I need justice in this case sir. I need my money back with 100 times penalty.
