Dear sir I vissamipalli kiran kumar had purchased redme 8a mobile phone from Amazon on 06-08-2020 of Rs.8,999/- to the address of sreerampuram mutchinapalli post vissannapeta  Krishna  dist 521215  with order no 403-7687795-5234751

the parcel to supposed to reach me on 17-06-20. I have received message( Arriving Today: Redmi 8A Dual (Sky White, 3GB RAM, 64GB Storage) – Du… will be delivered by AmzAgent(+914067824444 PIN 9881). Track: https://amzn.in/d/gBF5h2s) I have called to the above no he told Mr he Is in another root he will deliver my parcel on 18-08-20 .

I have called on 18-08-20 at 10AM  he asked me to cal back after 1hour I called him after 2 hrs he replied me he is not assigned to deliver my parcel then I asked him give the concerned person contact number ha provide one person named Mr. Moshe  who is assigned at vissannapeta area to deliver I called him he told me that he did not received any parcel in my name then I asked him to give his office no  he provided me one person named Mr. Balkrishna I called him 20 more times he neither picked my cal nor called back and he kept my no in black list after some time I just tracked my parcel in Amazon it is showing your parcel is returning to seller by saying undeliverable.

I was shocked I had paid amount of Rs.8,999/- on 06th aug and waited till 17th Aug I was suffered loss and mental harassment and loss of my valuable time  I request kindly look into matter and resolve the issue
