Text of Complaint by Saritha Kumari A:

I have ordered a Rakhi from Flower Aura company for my brother staying in New Jersey USA. Order No. 6468383. It wasn’t delivered but the website of both Flower Aura and and delivery Agent USPS shows delivered. When Contacted USPS Team they said Insufficient address on the Package and no Phone number was given on the package for them to contact even though they have taken the phone number while placing the order. I shared the proof to them that its because of their mistake of not putting correct address that the ordered not delivered correctly and misplaced. They don’t take responsibility. There is no customer care. One email Id which only provides condolences once in a while after I mail 10 times. One Customer care phone number which keeps busy always or doesn’t connect. This is a Fraud Company, playing with the emotions of the people in the name of Rakhi and gifts. There is no response once we place the order. I lost close to 2000 Rs. Request to take an action against this fraudster company.
I am Attaching the Proof from delivery agent USPS USA saying that the address is insufficient. (Address is Only Reading Road instead of 50C Reading road).
