I wanted to let you know that I am totally dissatisfied with the kind of attitude the delivery agent displayed with regard to my order no.408-1018862-1015535 in Amazon.
The above order is a replacement order for defective delivery of the OTG under ref 408-8386182-1790760.
The delivery agent contacted me today around 4.20pm to come with damaged product to the gate and when I asked him to come to the doorstep to deliver and collect the defective piece, he simply continued his other delivery duties and when I called at 5.20pm he said he will deliver other items and come by 7.30pm. Exactly at 8.59pm, I got a 1 ring call which the agent willfully cut to have it on record that he attempted delivery but couldn’t reach. When I called back immediately he did not pick up the call which I knew will happen. Now that I have to wait for 3 days to receive an order inspite of being a prime member and 1 day delivery promise.
Now that without my consent the item (OTG) is being returned to seller.
This delivery agent attitude is pathetic and needs immediate action by Amazon
