- Despite not delivering my Order of Philips trimmer costing around 1500 rupees. paytm has shown the delivered status. why????… Even after updating delivery status, your delivery guy was in contact and said he’ll deliver soon. but now he’s not even picking up the call or replying to messages..what is this??…I called your complaint forum also and they very arrogantly said that now I’m responsible for dealing with the delivery boy…is this some joke????…who has bloody appointed that stupid person..me????
- i want either my product or my money back anyhow…this is not acceptable…you guys are simply making fool of customers by employing such persons without proper authenitcations !!!!
