I have purchased redmi 9 power mobile on 22 july, 2021 which is not delivered still on 03.08.2021. I contacted customer cares but they only excuses for being late delivery. One of them misguided me to cancel order. Due to the unavailability of mobile phone I am facing problem to take online classes of students. I have become mentally disturbed due to the consequences created by Amazon service providers.
